I could see a slight difference on the rotoscope, but that was as much of a difference as I could tell. So someone who's closer to the repeater could probably have a better ear for that. But sorry that you're dealing with some strange harmonics. I hope you get that ironed out before too long. But it wouldn't be ham radio if you didn't have something that you wanted to work on or fix.
