Hello, Jack, Lisa, Grossi. Yes, indeed, it is a good afternoon. Everyone's sounding good on the radio there. Hope you're staying healthy. Well, it is pretty nice out. There's a little teeny, teeny little bit of rain this morning. But I just finished looking at the weather radar. There's no rain for the rest of the day. The sun is kind of coming out. There are a few little blue spots. So people should, I'm suggesting, this is only a suggestion, people get up there and do some stuff or have some fun, whatever. And actually, the rest of the week looks pretty much the same. Sunday may be more rain, but otherwise, it looks like just mostly cloudy, and the temperature's about the same. So with that, I'll just turn it back. I don't have anything really important to say, except I'm busy as heck doing stuff, and hope everyone is maybe more relaxed than I am. KI7ZEI.
