Hey, good morning there Dana and I assume Joyce is there in the background but I haven't heard her yet. Yeah, good morning Jack and Madeline. One week, one week and about four and a half hours from now, from now it will be Madeline and Amy to tell us all what this mission course stuff is about. The educational meeting, I want to see that. So, we're getting ready for you, Madeline. We're getting ready to watch. You know, I got all the Christmas decorations taken down and put away, so that's a big deal. And the house is back to normal now, got the HF radio station backed up because that has to come down. So, the Christmas tree can sit in that corner of the living HF station for what it is with it living in the condo.
