KF7DFG-W7VD here. Well, the cookie sheet should be at least 19 inches in at least two directions. All directions is great, but in at least two directions from the center there. And this one isn't quite that big. This is about 24 inches. Overall length I suppose, but it still seems to work fine. And yes, the bigger the surface, the better it works, right? If you put your magmat on top of a large SUV with a lot of surface, it works better, over.
