Let's go back to Jim. Jim, good morning. How are you? K7 PDZ. Good morning there, Jack and everybody out there today. Yeah, Jane and I are doing well. I've watched the Seahawks yesterday and that was the exciting game. So other than that, we're in the middle of breakfast right now and just kind of enjoying the fact that it's not raining and almost a little wind out there. So anyway, not much else going on. just wanted to say good morning to everybody. And, oh well, H is to see Rich checking in to see if he built that earthquake down in Mexico. That'll be interesting.
