Morning, Rebecca. It is a beautiful day here. I'll get back to that in a moment. For Mike's benefit, I wanted to mention that the first part of his transmission was a little weak but completely readable. And then about 15 or 20 seconds in, it just turned into kind of hash. So maybe he moved a little bit or whatever. Anyway, as I said, it's beautiful. I can see the Olympics a little bit. I rarely see seagulls here in this part of the city, but there's one flying around in the parking lot. Looks like a very healthy seagull having a good time. And there's a crow. Wouldn't you know it? Beautiful day. I just finished looking at the weather radar. There is absolutely no rain in the forecast for today. Today is the sunny day of the week. Rest of the week looks like more clouds, intermittent rain, but not too, too bad. So I guess get out there, have some fun.
