This is K4LBS, this is Dee, just starting off my classes, and the question we have, more everyday things people may estimate to come to happiness. Well my happiness, I had to learn that if I have a negative mind, I will not have a positive outcome in life, so I had to change the way I thought in order to be happy. That's including when things really don't go right. We have to find something, or I had to find something good out of it. It's interesting because I always was ... I don't really trust people. I think humans are so treacherous sometimes. My husband would say, but if you are so negative about people and about life, you're not going to have a positive outcome. You've got to change. You've got to change. And you know, slowly but surely, you know, try to make my life a little bit more positive. That's all I could think of, Kevin. K and 4L. Hey, that's fine. Answer them at your leisure. So that's fine, Pete. Peter, over to you. Yeah, very good, Kevin. Yeah. Good question. I figured, Kevin, yeah, what's a good question. I didn't do the question. Oh, what's small every day? I don't know. I can't think of anything. It's an impossible question for me to answer because I don't know. I can't think of anything. I don't know. People's kindness, maybe? I don't know. Kindness and helpfulness? I don't know. And people are too busy with every day, the world around them. to worry about happiness anyway Kevin with all the with all the crap going on in the world that's what I would that's what I'm gonna say and that's back to you Kevin hey that's all right and there's no wrong answer answer at your leisure okay gray and then Chuck so gray and then Chuck da3 take a why this is Casey to PKG out of East Machias me I think you get a lot out of sort of regular chores. You know little jobs that you have to get done and you follow along with them and give you a sense of accomplishment. They're not giant things that need to get done. Maybe you make your bed, maybe you vacuum the floor, maybe you wash the dishes, but it's an accomplishment and and that goes quite a long way towards building your mood and making you feel more secure and in control and stuff like that. So that's what I would say about that. Those are very little things, but I think they make a huge difference in Outlook and all sorts of other things. Back to you, Kevin, VA3KKY. This is KC2PKG. No problem, Gray. Over to you, Chuck, KLM. KLM, Oscar 4, KLM of November. I would have to say time alone or quiet time. It's really nice to have a quiet time. It gives you a chance to think and we don't usually think that much. So quiet time, it's funny how there's People out there, they can't stand the quiet. I can remember when I was working with a few people and if you just ask a question and they answer it, then you just let it go, just sit there and wait. All of a sudden, they come up and they start telling you things they didn't really mean to tell you is that they can't stay in the quiet. But a little bit of quiet time is good I think we should all have more. Back to you Kevin, K-O-4, KLM. Back to Ned. Yes, certainly. That's a pretty interesting answer. Thanks a lot for your contributions. And we'll roll a couple more stations here, and then I'll quickly ask for check-ins, but we are almost ready to do the 73 round, and then we'll be out of here. Make sure somebody knows, I don't hear Darryl on, I don't build on, so do the honors now, whatever it is you do at the Michigan conference, I don't know, is anyone on the Michigan conference because we're going to be getting ready to lose them, so that might happen to a few of you, so you might QSLY to do drop-in because within seconds probably the Michigan conference will be disconnected from do drop-in on account of sometimes we go overtime and you guys start right at 10. So it's just to not conflict with you guys. That's why we pull out.
