Oh, yeah, I actually got a couple of new radios and at the moment, I'm just on the Echo Lake Using the web interface. So I'm using my ThinkPad is my radio right now But yeah, I got a New one from the A2, I think it just came out this past year The FTM-150A, and of course in Europe you'd have the FTM-150E, and there's a little upgrade for it, the ASP module that came with audio signal processing, so it's the F-150R ASP, that's what it is. And you know, it's just all the, well I won't say all, but most of the features you would want is a good dual band mobile radio, I like the display, I like the ASP feature, it won't bring out stations that are unreasonable, but stations that are reasonable with a lot of annoying noise, it gets rid of the annoying noise, it does a super job of that and a local repeater where we do most of our localness. For some reason there's just a lot of noise on people's signals. I'm not sure why that is, but something going on there anyway, it just cleans all of that up, makes it so much more pleasant to listen to. So, very happy with that radio. And another neat thing about it is that you can take the face plate front unit off, which you can do with lots of radios, but this one not only has the microphone connector on the front of the radio, but also it has a little speaker in the front of the radio. So I went and bought a 50-foot, which was way longer than I needed, a 50-foot Cat6 cable and I can have that radio plugged into that Cat6 cable and the head unit, I sit in this room, this is the next room over, and you know, it's like I've got the whole radio there, I'm running at full power and everything, but all that stuff is in the other room. So I could, with a cable like that, I could even take it outside, I got it in the living room, you know, while there's nobody tripped on it. The other one I got is the bowfang UV5R Mini, and it's about the smallest HT out there, and you know, I wouldn't do a net with it, I think it would get hot pretty fast. it sure is nice just to carry around on my belt. I got a signal stick that one of my friends gave me. That long skinny antenna you can you can tie it into a loop and you know that's just a pretty good combination. When I'm out walking around I tied the antenna into a loop that's under my coat but when I wanted to actually use it I could untie it make sure it doesn't spring and you'll get me in the face and that is a pretty good spring and that hey you know a very small package and you get out and you know it's got the nice color display and all of that stuff to USB charging so they're coming up into the modern world here with with VHF anyway back to you guys have you can
