Thank you, Kim. I'm glad you're back in the sunny, warm weather. Next is Vic, KB7GL. Good morning, Pam and the gang from South Kirkland. This is KB7GL. The name is Vic, QTH South Kirkland, the motor vessel Shasta. And yeah, our stretch of sunny days came to an end yesterday. And it started raining about, well, sprinkling about midday. We didn't get a whole lot, though. Looks like we got a total out of the system that came in 0.22 in the electronic tuna can. We've had 0.12 since midnight. So it's drizzly, not really hard rain. Our visibility is not foggy, but I can't see the western shore of Lake Washington. So I know it's less than seven miles, but we don't see the fog that we did over the last couple of days. The temperature is currently 42, and the dew point's 42. So I'm surprised there isn't a little more fog out there. this morning. Our wind is zero and it has been for several days and the barometer has been rising. It took a took a nose dive earlier and it's now been rising or currently up to 29.85. The solar numbers are similar although the solar flux is dropping. The solar flux index is down to 169 so it's not super low but but it's going the wrong direction. I'd like to see that going back up. The K index is still below three, but it's still forecast to go maybe up as high as six when we get the edge of that CME ejection from two or three days ago. It rushes by the Earth, so that might still happen. But right now, the conditions are OK on the HF bands. I actually saw FT8 on 10 meters and 15 meters and a lot of activity on CW Band on 20. I didn't look at Central Sideband. And there's some activity on 40 meters, although not as much as normal. And the Straight Key Night ended successfully yesterday, and the Straight Key Century Club's K3Y event is going now for the rest of the month. So good time to practice CW at fairly low speeds, if you're interested in that. And yesterday was a football day. I managed to watch a bunch of football and then I switched off the Ole Miss-Georgia game to watch the Kraken play. I heard that the Ole Miss-Georgia game really turned out to be a wild finish, but I was watching the Kraken and the Kraken have leapfrogged over the Los Angeles Kings and they are number two on the playoff list right now for wildcard and they're in a playoff position. I don't know how long it will stay there, but a lot of teams down below them, which was good. They beat the Nashville Predators last night, resoundingly, and so they scored points in about the last six or seven games, which is good. And that was fun to watch, so that beats football. Everybody have a great Friday. This is KB7GL.
