WQ7H, let's go hear from James. This is Repeater Station Kilo Kilo 7 November, Quebec, November. WQ7H, I'm James. Good afternoon Jack and all the ships at sea. Hey, you know, well I had my annual physical this morning. Well, I weighed in at 190 pounds and I have to tell you that I haven't weighed that since I was in junior high a long, long time ago. And I'm going to continue on slowly, but it's been a while since I was there, anyway. So we'll just keep kind of, you know, like nibbling down and see where we kind of land at. But my doctor is just very comfortable with what I'm doing. And she said, just go slow, be safe. And she was concerned that my blood pressure might go low, but today's blood pressure was fine. And so we'll just be very careful about that, because if I lose weight, we don't want it to go low. But I said, no, I haven't had any indications of low blood pressure. So everything is tidy and in order as I progress. And we don't want to get too low. We don't want to go too thin. It's OK to be like Frank Sinatra. She said, I could be Frank. but that's it. That would be the limit. You'd have to stop there. But, you know, I think probably like, you know, maybe 160. And I tell people that and they think, you know, that's too thin, Jim. You can't do that. And I said, well, I don't know. The doctor seems to think that's okay. But that would be like the limit. She said, if you look like Frank Sinatra, then you need to stop losing weight, so we'll see. Anyway, that's where we're at today. And I don't know if you're doing the night tonight, but if you are, then I will be saying hi to you. So this is it. Hope everyone is doing well.
