Good morning Teresa and Dana. Good morning everyone on the net. I'm just sitting here having a cup of coffee. It's still in my robe and woke up not too long ago. I didn't catch the beginning of the net. And I'm actually sitting at my computer right now and I'm looking at an image of the Pacific Northwest and there's actually some areas right now. And I see some by Seattle and maybe we will get some here. We are like in a cloudy spot but just south of us is clear. We may get some sunshine today so that will work out. Anyway, I hope everyone had a very good Christmas. We had a good Christmas here. And nice and relaxing and nice and quiet the way we like it. It worked out pretty good. Anyway, that's it for this year. Just going listening to the net and waking up with a cup of coffee and doing my favorite thing on a Saturday, nothing. Just relaxing and not having to go anywhere.
