Hello Teresa and Dana and hi to the net It's Madeline kj7 n uw. I am recovering from the flu that I got on Christmas Eve well, I got it before then but Anyway, it did go down into my lungs a little bit. So I have been like having this You know deal with that, but I'm feeling a lot better, which is great But yeah, it's still in there. I've forgotten how rough the flu can be, you know So anyway, but my parents stopped by yesterday, we all sat around and had masks on for a little bit so that was nice and I've been watching YouTube a lot, just kind of resting, drinking a lot of water and tea and that sort of stuff. There's a YouTube channel that I've discovered that I really like and it's called Alluring Arctic sailing and it's this couple and their dog who like has a sailboat and they sail around in the Arctic and it's just so lovely, I don't know, it's just like it's another world you know, it's like seeing their stories and they visit little, you know, they're visiting these little ports and stuff like in places like Greenland and whatever, it's really lovely. And yeah, it's not AI slop, you know, there's so much AI slop out there, so much of the stuff that I'm seeing on Instagram and even YouTube now is like, just like fake, especially the short videos and stuff, there's so fake stuff, anyway, it's just really nice to see high quality, you know, photography in a video and all of that sort of thing. I was sure resonating earlier with the comments about Linux, and I had that same thing happen to me where a computer that I had built years ago, not like that long ago, but a while ago, was no longer supported on Windows 10, or you know, I'm sorry, it wasn't supported for Windows 11, and so I switched over to Ubuntu, and yeah, it's been smooth going, mostly. I have an older Nvidia video card that's been pretty temperamental, I guess the drivers aren't fully supported. Anyway, I've had some troubles with it here and there, but it sure is useful. I just use Gemiini or ChatGPT to help me understand how to fix it when stuff comes up, and it's been really helpful. So anyway, yeah, I've been enjoying having a Linux box running again in the household. It's been many years. All right, with that, I'll send it back up to you, enjoying the net as I always do.
