Yeah, you need to have a chat with your neighbor about finding a different kind of dimmer for that. A lot of those dimmers just use a square wave. As you know, square waves have an infinite number of odd harmonics. They can really tear things up. I think the newer technology is a little bit better on that. I'm surprised you got any snow.
