Why, thank you, one and all. Including the one in that one person's background there, you've got the giggles. You'd make a good operator. All it takes is just one time, and you'd be hooked. Heh heh heh heh heh heh. So there's a lot of nice people out here, and the radio hobby is a good thing. So if you decide you want to give it a go and say hello, a hello is perfectly fine. even if you're just a little shy it's all right perfectly okay so maybe one of these days we'll hear you a little more otherwise my day was great it was cloudy for a while which kind of bummed me out and then all of a sudden wishful thinking must have been going on because the Sun popped out for a little while and so did blue sky so that was entertaining and then what's more entertaining was doing some fiddling finally figured out what happened to the other radio and I didn't realize this one switch down on the lower right hand side could jam up the radio so I had to put it into encode mode to let it do what it needed to do. That's what that little button was for and I didn't know it. So those of you who can't Did the A2-FT710 at all? Be careful with the buttons on the stock mic. It will throw you for a loop, but it's still a good mic. You just have to watch it with the buttons. Otherwise, I'm still going to go ahead and save up and get a stock mic. Not a stock mic, but a desk mic for it that's supposed to work with it. So there have been suggestions out there to get a particular one, so I'm going to see about it. And if I have to, well, hey, I'm probably going to end up learning some wiring on the fly. So I guess we'll see, and I may end up having to ask amateurs who are general and extras to give me any pointers so I actually stay out of trouble. Hold on a second.
