Well, good afternoon Jack, Merry Christmas to all, Merry Yule, the days are getting lighter, and all the holidays really, like all the numbers really, all the holidays really, I don't think it's anything bad to have the more holidays, the more better. Forty degrees, overcast here in Chicago, unseasonably warm, but I'm not going to complain too much, I'm having a good time. I am going to miss Larry, just like a lot of us. In fact, I often did miss Larry, because I'm not an early bird. And sometimes I'd get terrain or shine nets. Sometimes I would see Larry just kind of walking around, making the rounds in a very, almost, stealthy fashion. And then he was in one place and then he was in another place talking to somebody else. But sometimes I wouldn't get there in time and Michael would be gone and I was like oh I miss Larry and Michael. But every time I talked to him, he was just a lovely guy, a kind person. It just reminds me that I think I have a growing list of commandments. You know, the first and greatest commandment comes from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. You know, aside from party on dudes, I think the greatest one is be excellent to each other. And the second commandment is from a ham. Here in Chicago, one of the hosts of the Nightcrawlers met on the 220 Good Guys and Gals Repeater. And he says, he often signs off with be safe, be well, be kind, and sometimes he had become a soldier of kindness. You know, which brings me to Larry, ex-Marine, and you know, one of his sign offs was always, and I'm paraphrasing this, if you want to feel good, do something nice for someone. So I think those are good words to live by, KB9IQX.
