Merry Christmas indeed. It's 72 degrees here in the Valley of the Sun. We've got some clouds overhead. We're actually expecting a little bit of rain tomorrow. This is our first empty nester Christmas, my genuine empty nester Christmas with my adult kids no longer with us. I mentioned almost two months ago that Noah and Rachel, Christmas socks, and some presents for them. But Audrey and I had a little bit of a time in with the Larry. Dang, great day. It was great to do. Okay, I have a GST. And I'll never forget Jack, here's my one thing, where we didn't hear from him one time. We were expecting to hear from him. And since I lived in Kirkland and he lived right over the hill from me there, I thought, I'm going to go to the store. Maybe you don't want to go over and wander around his house, around his house anyway.
