Well, Jim and Jane, welcome to Portlandia there, of course. And yeah, Jack Daniels and honey on a roast, that sounds delightful. Yum. Oh, I wonder if that would work with some rye. Think about that. But yeah, we've got a big four pound roast that we're going to throw in the oven tomorrow, so I've got to get that prepped today and get it doing whatever I'm going to do with it. Maybe I'll look into that. That sounds wonderful.
