Well, Merry Christmas Eve to everybody. This is Grossy, W7DNG. I sent you a little ditty in your mail there, Jack. Just shoved the bird into the pit boss, and probes are all in, and sit back, relax, and enjoy the weather, and wait three, four hours. I do a lot of smoke. The first hour, I smoke, smoke, smoke it, and then I put a little basting over the top of it, and I turn up the heat about 100 degrees, and do that for about another hour. And then that's up to $3.50 and finish it off in two and a half, three hours. So that's what I got going on today. Yep, I got myself a new pan and I'm tickled with it. My other one, I had to kind of cram the turkey into it and stuff, and this one will take a 22 pound or so. That's what I got in there. Now that fits perfect in the pit boss. So that's what's going on here at the funny farm. Excuse me.
