Well, good morning Mr. Pirate radio and Hi desert. Yeah, this is Steve W a CFJ. Good morning to everybody else So just wanted to wish everybody a happy Christmas Eve I'm actually installing a my ship's clock in my kitchen right now because we sold our sailboat to a lowly couple last summer and And that's what's going on. We're just sitting around. I was out briefly for a walk with my dog Tucker, and it got so cold I had to come back in. Still got the little bit of sniffles from COVID two months ago, and my nasal passages don't really like me out in the cold, but it was nice and brisk and nice to get the dog out and nice that it's not raining. So, just wanted to wish everybody well and wish you well, Dave, and thanks for all the work that you did on the boat. It's now, someone else is in charge of that, and kind of grateful about that, too. So, Merry Christmas Eve, and WA6DFJ, back to you. Dave, so good to hear from you this morning. Thanks for coming by and saying hi, absolutely, and hello to the family there and all. But hey, sorry to hear that you ended up selling the boat, but I do understand that one. You know, as the old saying goes, the happiest day in a boat owner's life is the day they bought it and the day they sold it, so there you go. But yeah, I think any more, if I want to go back and do some more cruising or sailing, I'll charter a boat because maintaining a boat is a major expense. So yeah, okay, let's think about the charter thing and certainly have the qualifications to do that. So there you go.
