It'll scan it, but it comes up saying encrypted too. It looks like if they start talking, you can't hear it, but it stops on the frequency, just says encrypted, and it keeps scanning through. So, and they had done this before those police were shot and mugged in here. That was part of the reason they did it, because the guy was listening to everything going on.
