All right, I think that's better anyway That's quite an interesting story about the geography and everything. And yeah, we have the same thing here. Jane is from North Carolina and So nobody back there understands the geography out here and So we're getting all sorts of she's getting all sorts of calls about are you guys? Okay. Well with 380 feet above sea level here yeah we live in a condominium in south Bellevue and we're high and dry but that's always an interesting thing when you have to explain where you live and that and so yeah if you're 30 if you're 30 feet above a canal and it floods from the canal we've got huge or much more bigger problems than the river itself anyway that's pretty funny well i hope you get your drain fixed there that's that's just concerning to realize that that you covered up your own your own drain lines anyway you stop stop by anytime you want to man it was fun talking to you so anyway you're right it's too early to shut it down so thanks Sir Henry, take care.
