I've heard that whales that come in in San Francisco Bay and go down near San Jose and all the tech stuff, they actually can't interrupt full-style modems because they make the gurgly sounds, like low-speed data connections. and they're speaking that and in the ocean for the Navy, they're disrupting submarines because they pretend they're digital communications to the stuff. That reminds me that myself and my siblings have been imitating the sounds we hear I guess we could be reincarnated as whales. But yeah, you can imitate the sound of a modem pretty well.
