Let's talk about the big easy I Too have a we call them we call them pork butts down here instead of a Boston But I know what I do the same thing from my understanding It's a big hunk of pork huge. We do a lot of pork pork with them a lot of pork pork In fact, I don't know if I've ever showed pork tacos, we do pork tacos quite often around here with them. My family is taco eating fools, I should tell you now. And when I say a taco, everybody has different definitions of tacos. I don't mean hamburger meat with some seasoning, slapped in a tortilla with some cheese. That is a form of a taco. But we eat, I mean gosh, we eat sausage tacos, we eat breakfast tacos, we eat spaghetti tacos. Yes, I said spaghetti tacos, except my kid started a long time ago, was having trouble a while back getting to eat spaghetti for whatever reason. I'm on the radio, hello, hi, you see how my dog is? Anyhow, so we got them into eating spaghetti tacos. Those are not done with tortillas. That's done with regular bread. That probably changes the outlook of it. But what they do is they put a little butter on the bread. Usually we use garlic toast, but put a little butter on it and they put a little bit of spaghetti on it and they eat it like a taco. But we did a thing with pork, fish, beef, chicken. I mean, if we can cook it, squirrel, I've had squirrel tacos, I'm not joking. Rattlesnake tacos, yep, it's a thing. There you go. So let's talk about that kind of Big Easy stuff because I too am cooking a pork butt in my Big Easy. I was claiming I'm doing it probably Friday. We're going to cook it in the Big Easy and then we're going to turn around and divide it. No prepping if you will and we're gonna have some pulled pork and some tacos and stuff like that So yeah, and let's just see yours and then I'll send you mine.
