All right, all right. Thank you, sir. KJ5 IRQ returning for the final time of this net. Yay. All right, so I will try to keep anybody who's interested on the Discord server. We have a channel specifically for cooking and stuff like that. So yeah, I will start posting everything there if you're interested in following the saga of the brisket. I really hope I don't embarrass myself and mess this one up all the ones I've ever cooked in my life's laughing all the ones I've ever done my last and the one that I show off is the one I mess up that'd be about the way it works For me, even if I mess it up. I guarantee you it's gonna taste good all right So that's that's the thing today cook a brisket work on work. I'm still working I'm working every day to speak even even Thursday and Friday if needed I have some some Consultants that are working for me in different parts of the world, I have one in Brazil, I have a couple in Canada, one in India, a couple here in the States. They're all part of my advanced customer support team that I use with NetSuite. And so anyhow, if they work, I work. That's kind of the way we do it. And I don't believe Canada, Brazil, India are having kinkskilling on Thursday. So anyhow, if I do work it won't be long, it'll be basically in front of emails or something like that, guidance, simple things. And so that should pretty much give me a pretty nice long weekend, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. So I'll take it. Let's see, what else do I need to, what else, oh I get the turkey, I should probably talk about the turkey quickly. We can talk more about this tomorrow if you'd like. But our turkey, the way that we plan on doing the turkey this year, I did get roped in the it's cooking it again. My daughter and my wife does not give me options and I'm smart enough to know to say okay. So yeah the turkey is defrosted as we speak it should be completely defrosted by later today this afternoon. What I will do is take a food grade five gallon bucket and I will mix me up to probably here shortly because I want to have things have to cool off but I'll mix me up a brand and I'm a brand the fucker for the next 24 hours at least. It'll have salt, brown sugar, molasses, oranges, stuff like that all inside of it and and some herbs and that'll be in the brand and like I said it'll sit there and sit there and soak. I have in the past put ice in it to keep it nice and cold but I'm lazy these days so I will drop it in the refrigerator. I will clean up the fridge if I need to, feed the dogs, do whatever I need to do to make space to put a five gallon bucket. Every day we'll take a real quick break and I'll finish up.
