Yeah, this is KK7TSH, I'm Matt. Just left Sea-Tac, I'm driving through Tukwila. Yeah, I'm not normally over on this side of the water, I was just taking a friend to the airport, and I think it was just about to be my time to come up, and I think I had some water get in the NMO connector of my antenna, and because everything got really, I couldn't understand anything that was being said, and then I flipped over to my band scope, and my entire band scope was just noise. So I've never had that happen before. But while I was here and all my dielectric is missing. So I guess I need to repack that. So I guess it did its job. But there was one station that was saying something very interesting about putting antenna lines or lines up in trees for meshtastic nodes. And it's talking about using a slingshot and a drone. I've been very successful with both of those methods. Specifically using two ounce cannonball sinkers which you can get at Walmart for next to nothing. I like those two ounce sinkers because they're round and they don't get tangled in branches and they're just heavy enough that with some 50 pound test line you put them up over a branch in a tree or very high in a tree they'll find their way back down again. Just last week my dad and I, my dad was helping me, I used my little drone to put a new cord line up over my 94 foot tree in my front yard to pull my inset up without feedback. Interest in that, I don't know if that station is still listening, I have a video of how that was all done on my QRZ page. I think I'll keep it short and I'll set it back for that, but this is KK7TSH, hope you're all having a good night and fare and well.
