And there's really a lot of it When you look at any new digital mode the protocols the transfer types the way it does things DMR especially you got to learn how to write code plugs which are essentially just programming files For the radio, you know that hold the frequencies and channel and up and the channel names But DMR has got so much more built into it, you know, you need to know about zones You need to know about channel groupings you need to know about channel ID, like this is stuff you don't need to know when it comes to analog radios because you just put in your frequency, your repeater, you know, your offset, and your tone, and you're done. Anybody that's got those couple of little pieces of information, you're good to go. But when you're on digital, every single radio has to have a digital ID programmed into it. Let me reset.
