Yeah, I do try and keep it fun. It's getting harder. This is the first year with one particular school. I've got two really good schools where the behaviour is not too bad. One of the teachers actually came up to me. It's a new school I started at and I've had them for six weeks now, this particular class. And he said, you're the only sports teacher that we've had come that can control this class. And I said, I'm not doing anything any different to what I've always done. He said, no. He said, they respect you and they don't misbehave. He said, you're firm, really firm and strict with them but in a nice way and it works. So that was a good pat on the back. But this other school that I'm teaching at is making me think twice because I actually dread going in there on a Thursday now because it's just unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable. But teachers' hands are tied and that's the sad thing. There's only so much they can do. And it's the world we live in unfortunately. Back to you Graham.
