So that'll be a little surprise for me. That sounds good. You know, I like lamb, but I don't like how most people cook it. I know how to cook it up there. And there's this restaurant in downtown Kansas City called Bogota Childs. And they can really make you well, too. It's the lamb. We don't know what the hell we're doing when we cook lamb. Yeah, because it's a very gamey type of meat, very wild tasting. So, if you screw it up, it's really bad, but if it's, you know, you get it right, and it's great stuff. I like it.
