KJ5, IRQ, thank you, KD9, and SK. I walked into my room, they got the parade turned up too damn loud in there. I had to put on my over-the-ear Bluetooth headset to be able to hear the net. They act like they're in New York at the parade. Oh, they're having fun though. So, that's what today's all about, having fun. So the grandbabies and the daughter and the Grammy. yep they're all in there horsing around watching the parade and uh all of a sudden i hear my daughter goes you son of uh i won't say the rest of that word and so i look up real quick because it's like i have my headphones on right so it's loud she has the cat pat on the neck and i go oh goodness something my daughter was working on cat got into i don't know what the dessert is but she was looking on some dessert so there's two perfectly in a place paw prints And it looks like a little valley where the cat was licking it. So apparently the cat likes the dessert. I don't know what the dessert is. I just don't think I'll be eating out of that pan. Nah, I probably throw it away knowing my daughter. She's pretty funny about things like that. There you go. That's what's happened so far this morning. Around my place, especially on holidays, anything is possible. It has been there has been funny things happening to our family on holidays in the past Some good some bad. So we'll see what today brings. It's always a crapshoot, you know Other than that, I'm shopping. I'm doing some some online shopping throwing some things into a cart I'm not going to purchase them until Monday probably but I'm throwing them into the carts that way I can check up on a Monday to see if any of them has any good specials and And so I'm doing a little bit of shopping, Christmas shopping. Yeah, so that's it. That's what I'm doing so far this morning. Like I said, I don't have much to do. I've got to pull the turkey out of the fridge. I'll shoot it at 8 o'clock, so I've got to pull it out here in a minute or two. And we're going to let it start slowly, start coming closer to room temperature. And that way, whenever it's ready to drop it into the Big Easy, it will cook more evenly. Great. If you're listening, and I don't know if you are or if you're not, but if you are, a hint to the turkey. I turn mine. I don't think I've mentioned this. I turn it a quarter turn, the basket. I will use the hook and turn it a quarter turn every 15 minutes while I'm cooking the turkey. I don't think I've ever mentioned that. I also do that with chickens and other things, too. So if anybody's using a Big Easy or if Greg's listening, take heed and turn it every 15 minutes, that way one side of the bird doesn't cook more than the other side. All right, with that, I'll send it back to KG9, NSK, KG5, I'll keep returning it.
