Well, apparently they have this whole thing that they do some of them are more strict and they say that they only have one meal a day That's definitely a diabetics nightmare. But yeah, there's some that have one meal a day. There was a book by Elijah Muhammad called Something about the ways to eat or Some I forgot well, I can't remember. I just know he wrote a book about you know his strict, or their strict, food diet. The right way to eat or some crap like that. Troll babies can get on it. Anyways, well if you care about it, cause I don't see how I would at least, I read the book. And yeah, he seemed like everything was wrong with him. That, that is like, he seemed like he don't like anything fun. And yeah, he kept, he kept harping on this thing about one meal a day. Anyway, yeah.
