Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, correct, correct. A three-judge panel in El Paso blocked the state's newly withdrawn and Republican-friendly congressional map from going into effect in the 2026 midterm elections. Judge Jeffrey V. Brown, who was appointed by President Trump in 2019, wrote that substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 map. That decision has since been reversed by a higher court. Very interesting to know that. But for a couple of days it was blocked. All right, keep going.
