I made a nice little bit of pasta tonight, a simple recipe. Start working some tomatoes, cherry tomatoes down in some olive oil. Add some brie cheese and then some basil. Super simple three ingredient. And I also found, I learned how to make carbonara. Guanciale, a fancy little market near me, has it, and I bought a little chunk tonight.
