Alright, well Thanksgiving we stayed home and well we did go out a little bit to get a Thanksgiving meal. We went to our local family restaurant and but we didn't order turkey. I had a patty melt and my wife, she had ribs. Growing up, we would have turkey, well we would cook a turkey, my mom would usually cook it on Friday and so we would have turkey Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. So I'm not that big on turkey but I do like deep fried turkey. The first time I ever had deep fried turkey it was just such a treat. And then I found the Big Easy and I bought that thing and I got a good deal on it and I didn't buy it because I wanted it. I bought it because I got a good deal on it and then I was ready to take it back without even opening the box. But I had this thing with my snowmobile club and we would do on our fall camping trip we would do Thanksgiving in September and it was really good. And I consider that the turkey from the Big Easy, the way it cooks that turkey and seals in the juices is equivalent to doing a deep fried turkey. So much that with all, let me reset.
