Any kind of organ because of the nutrients and minerals, especially like the turkey gizzards, because they're like a hard chicken nugget, times two, because I definitely enjoy any kind of organ meat. I think the only organ meat I don't eat is pork organs. Give me some beef heart, beef liver. Oh, I'm all over it. I'm also a sheepherder's son, so give me some mutton and mutton liver and mutton hearts. Haven't had any of that in so long. We have a store here in the valley that sells mutton and already frozen and blows the price on it. I would rather buy a good three-inch thick snake than spend that kind of money on the mutton. and it's only about a little bit bigger than a fistful of meat. I'll back up to seven, Mike.
