Uh, KK7 QES returning. So, um, though my daughters are eight years old, and, uh, they act like teenagers all of a sudden, it's, it's super weird. Um, but there's, there's, uh, I'm one of those weird people that thinks teenagers are actually cool and not annoying, I don't really know. Um, let's see, the Brussels sprouts. So, kind of into, like, thin slices, and then the whole thing comes together really fast. I did it in a wok because it's a big volume of brussel sprouts and you get some a whole bunch of black pepper and a little bit of red pepper flakes get that going in the oil toss all the brussel sprouts until they're like halfway cooked then you add butter and then you get them like kind of charred and that the whole thing takes like two three minutes and then you dump in a whole mess of Parmesan cheese and some lemon zest and I used pecans you could use hazelnuts or walnuts maybe but pecans were awesome in itself anyway it's fantastic I love Brussels sprouts all right I'll send KK7 QES, K7WSP, well thank you, that does sound like a fun message to you, so that was great. My wife was fine now, so that's how we're working here too. Excellent, and just thinking about your 8 year old girls are just wonderful people, even if they do act like teenagers, I think they're still wonderful, but I do enjoy thinking about them. uh... you're you're lucky to have uh... now if you know this season too.
