And this is research out of Ohio State University. Chris, V3RWJ said this a lot. Thanks, Chris. And this was a recent study from Ohio State University. And it spells the belief that venting is actually ineffective in reducing or handling anger. And the study was published in the journal Clinical Psychological Review. And it looked at 154 studies on anger where more than 10,000 people participated. And after looking at all the data, there appeared little evidence that venting soothed people, soothed people who were upset. In fact, it might increase anger levels. A team also found that an exercise when a person is angry also didn't really help. It actually exacerbated things, just dropping.
