Yeah, the HOHO address is universal. You could be in the UK and write to them. You could be in New Zealand and write to them. Anywhere you want to be around the world, any section of earth you reside. I would assume that you need a backup person to employ the scheme. There's a big difference at 50 and at 15. I don't know.
