Oh, thank you for that, VY1MGS returning. I had my hands wet, I was just washing my glasses. Just finished some washing my hands, and the glasses were dirty, so soap and water treatment. Good to hear, everyone. A lot of people are off today, so that's great. Extra long Thanksgiving weekend, I hope. White horse is about minus 10 degrees, Charlie, at present. No blue sky. Cloud pointed. Light wind. Working away at a little trouble call this morning at the collapse studio. By the time I got there, they had discovered the replacement motor that was put in last week had failed again, so I was not needed. They were on it. It makes sense using these manufacturing issues with electronic equipment, especially it shows up fairly quickly. In addition, they've got like the glass studio, so they've got some furnaces full of molten glass and if they lose their heating or control system, they lose a pot of glass and cascading effects of that. They need the glass to carry out their business. If the dogs are going to walk midday here, alright, looks like I've got a service call requests for the new child development center, some outside light issues, I'll go have a look at that. I've never seen that building before, but I saw where they were before, and I'll just say that I'm very happy that they've changed locations. There's about that, but I won't. Hi, how are you doing?
