KI7RMU, Whiskey, 7Zulu, Tilo, India. How you doing, Jack? This is all very anticlimactic, given the fact that there's a flash flood warning for King County. But I'll rally forth. And please, anybody listening during the net, after the net, if you have an emergency break for emergency traffic, we'll all step aside. And everybody listening, I hope you abide by that, too. If someone is in dire need of a repeater or emergency communication or information, please do so. Sorry to take over for using the old wisdom coming out. Timing contest was a lot of fun, of which I did participate, but not completely, just being so close to Christmas. There are a lot of activities we have. One of them was a little parade in Silverdale, I think it was Saturday night. It was like their first year. It was like Mayberry R.F.D. kind of parade. There were like 12 vehicles maybe with Santa Claus and the fire engine at the end. So that was a lot, actually it was a lot of fun. I loved it. And I managed to stop with my wife at a pub nearby with her sister and mother-in-law. And I got an order of fries and a porter beer. life is good with a porter beer and the fries are pretty good too. This morning I woke up to a flooded driveway. I talked about it at the 9 o'clock net. I had the driveway regraded. It's a very long driveway, several hundred feet and like the bonehead me, I forgot that there was a drain from one side of the driveway to the other, width-wise, that dumps out over the bank into the canal and yeah, that was kind of damaged earlier. I'm not going to tend to the drain itself until springtime because you know how it is trying to get something like that done during our rainy weather. And so at 4.30, five o'clock this morning, I was out there hooking up a sump pump on one side of the driveway. Those things work pretty darn good. It has the float switch in it so that works out very well. My biggest concern right now is that hex beam. I had like an 8 inch gap between the mast and where it attaches into the hex beam itself. So there's a bit of a wobble and given the length of it, it seems a lot, there's a big wobble from the top. So yeah, not good. Today is my wife's birthday, well actually tomorrow is my wife's birthday. I'm taking her out today. It's turning out to be a little bit bigger than I had planned. invited some people and other people so I may not make this 730 net and for everybody out there the PSRG net meets every Monday at 730 and where they take announcements questions comments and accept check-ins from members and non members alike it's kind of fun too and you get to hear everybody's calls sign and everybody's voices so with that I'll turn it back over to you KI-7-RMU, this is Whiskey 7, Zulu-Kilo, India. Right, well happy birthday to your wife tomorrow. That's gonna be a lot of fun. I'll wish her well, of course, for us. And thank you very much, Henry, for the information on the 7.30 p.m. PSRT information and check-in net tonight. Yes, indeed, and I will be hosting that. Now, Henry, did you need a relay check-in? I'm not sure, I think you said you might not make it tonight. Do you need a relay for that net? I think that would be the safest, Jack. Yes, sir, please.
