Alright, James. Hey, great to hear you. I'm kind of curious what made you think of the song. I'm going to sit right down and write myself a letter, which you started off your report with. Well, I have to make notes. And so there's a convenient note application on my phone, and that's where my notes live. And so I was checking my notes to make sure that I did what I needed to do. and I did and then some because I wasn't really going to buy power cord extensions but I had been thinking about doing that and the thought of another round of ultra wind because I hear we're going to do ultra wind and so when that happens oftentimes we lose power. The fiber stays on. I want to keep the fiber up so I can do stuff. If the power goes out, I've got batteries to use for my radios because all the environmental noise, I'm going way off course here, environmental noise dies so then I can get on 40 meters. Wouldn't that be loverly, yes it would be loverly to get on 40 meters with no noise. That would be sweet Jack. This is James back Jack this is all right well hold on just a moment yeah when power goes out the Northwest hands race to the HF radio hey I can hear something that's great all right James well here's why I asked about the song okay you're not gonna believe this but I was out and about yesterday driving around I thought you know I really want to hear some Fats Waller I just love that he's just well he was an amazing amazing performer and I tell you I just had to hear some so I I asked Google to add some to my playlist and of course went right to it. And one of the first songs, I think it was the third song, was his 1935 version of I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter. Oh, it's just amazing. I just love the Great American Songbook song. There's just so many good ones. And I was just having a great time singing along with that. Oh my goodness. Anyway, so that was a very curious thing that you happened to mention then. All right, well, James, hey, you have a good afternoon Yes, I do have a generator. I've got a Honda the the 2000 and it's a great little portable generator You know, it's not endless power It's not whole house power But for a specific unit or a couple of things there's like it's perfect And of course, I've got some eco flow power units as well. And those are definitely helpful as well Anyway, you take care. We're gonna go talk to Bob now West Seattle kf7 SPA, but first it's 101 p.m and I'm Jack, KI7RMU. He's Bob, KF7 SPA. Here he is.
