Well, I'll tell you what, Graham, it's not getting any easier, 16 years of doing this and as a standard of behaviour with children, each year seems to decline, so it gets harder and harder and I've adapted and adapted and adapted what I do with the children, it's very different to how I teach club hockey obviously. Yeah, I've had a child, well I had one PE lesson last week where there were four children in this particular class with varying behaviour issues. One was up a tree, one had gone across the field and one was in the middle of the playground swinging his stick around in the middle of one of my hockey drills for the rest of the children. They are my nearly year two children. So they're six, seven years old and this particular child, you're not allowed to tell him off. So you can imagine it's getting harder and harder and harder. rules when I'm teaching PE at schools, no sticks above the waistline, stick and ball on the floor at all times. Finally I'm having to get more and more strict in more and more inventive ways as the rules of managing children change year on year. Back to you Graham.
