All right, no problem. We'll give you a courtesy call and and it's noted That's cool. And actually that's let's see Do I remember where I was on the day of 9-11? Well first it's the birthday of a friend of mine Vanessa who has a birthday then so that's kind of stained with it now She has to always tell people she has this roundabout way to say it she says she just simply says that I was born September 11 she's an 80s baby so she wasn't born on the day of 9-eleven but she was born on that day right but I most kind of remembered the night before it seemed like totally normal right and And then I woke up at about 8, no it was earlier than that because I was listening to Howard Stern. So I woke up like maybe a half an hour before that, right, because it came on at 6 on Q107. And at 5.30 I turned on, at that time Channel 17 in Toronto was CTV News Channel, right, I had no idea what it is and they were in the middle of a big story and so, you know I was getting snatches of that and then Listening to the Howard Stern show it was funny that Robin swore, right? She was trying to explain to Howard that the Pentagon almost got hit and she said don't you understand? It's the Pentagon the effing Pentagon she swore right and then During the news breaks, the Q107 puts on during the show when they go out of the show for a few seconds to do the Toronto news Evelyn Macko who did the news at that time, see I remember shit like that She just, she just pretty much said, because Howard was doing the story So it was a very short newscast, she pretty much said listen, this is the only news story that matters right now And she did the weather and traffic and then she said we're just going to promptly go back into Howard because he's got the story. It's the only story that matters right now. So I remember that. And then it was Tuesday. Later that day I listened to O&A, Opie and Anthony, the competition of Howard. of Howard and they were talking about it hardcore I mean that was one it was one day and then but it was every day every single day they were just hyper with this right of course right it's where they live so I remembered that so a lot of radio and yeah there wasn't like social media and things that go viral as it is now. I think Myspace might have been around but it was a ground floor social media and then Twitter wasn't around yet. People were texting a lot but it was mostly stuff you did on the computer. One big thing was AIM, A-I-M, that was huge. AOL was huge and few other things and at this time until at least 05 I was using everyone else's computer I didn't have a computer at the house so you know a few of my homies had computers I'd use it at their house blind people can't just use any computer they want right because we need speech and and screen readers and jaws and and window-wise, which is no longer around, so we can't just go using any computer we want. So I was already limited anyway, so they obviously would have been my blind friend. And then there was a local library that blind people frequented, that I used to use all the time for computer access. And then in 04 through MJAB at the CNIB, I got my XP machine, I still have it. And then I got a few other things, right, like I have a portable laptop, I have an old notebook, I think even works with Windows of real old Windows probably CE like the Braille note uses Windows CE because at one point I wanted to see what kind of what kind of more windows and apps I could get on it and I couldn't get a lot because it was an old ass window So, there you go. Alright, so, we just heard from Rick and let's hand it over to Steve. Good morning Steve, I got you up in here.
