Well, Rebecca, sadly still no chance for approved seems seems the base is filled up so I'm still waiting I am here in Edmonds at least for another few hours. I'm gonna be heading back probably tomorrow But I don't work again till till midday on the 21st, so I got some leeway in there But I am a little winded because I just carried a bike down from the loft Holding it with one hand and holding the ladder with the other not exactly three points of contact but hey we got it down because I'm gonna go part of my Christmas gift from my parents is that they're gonna pay for it to get the brakes fixed up on the shifter and stuff so I'm gonna be able to have a working bike again which will be nice it doesn't need the tires inflated and I'm gonna get that up and running also got a pillow and a mesh mesh-tastic tracker node. It's not mesh core, I wish it was mesh core, but at the least I'm dabbling in the mesh. Anyhow, I've been playing around with that for the past week. I've been kind of absent on the radio because I'm playing with mesh. Other than that, other projects I've got going on around here, I've been trying to make lye from ashes from the fireplace. It's been going well so far. Thankfully I back, oh god, what was that, two three years ago when K9JEB moved he had a big garage sale and he had a bunch of chemistry equipment so I snagged that up and it's been fun to play around with. So a lot of adding water to things and then boiling water out of things and filtering and all that kind of stuff. So anyhow, that's what I got. I could use the mesh-tastic node when I'm flying. I do need to ask the pilot's permission because the FAA is not so keen on radios broadcasting without the pilot's permission, so I'm gonna have to ask, but they should be fine with it. It doesn't interfere with their frequencies, so I'd rather ask than beg forgiveness in that scenario. Anyhow, that's what I got. Just working on projects around the house and getting ready to go back to Boston for a little while. Thanks for running the net, KJ7WQR.
