It's one of those smokeless fire pits, but they made these kebabs and they hung them in there And then they had the fire in there. And then they cooked it so they were all hanging down. And then I don't think they turned by themselves. I think you had to turn them every now and then. But things had little handles on them when you did that. But I think euro or falafel is maybe what you were thinking of. I've seen a couple of taco trucks that have had that type of setup.
