Well, good morning there Dave and everybody out there today. Did some other interesting conversations and everything this morning. Right now I'm waiting for the appliance repair person to arrive yesterday. We discovered that it was yesterday, yeah, yeah, yesterday. The dryer wasn't working. And we had a load of clothes in the dryer and another one to go in that was in the washing machine. and we've had clothes hung all over the place, all over, trying to get everything dry. I think it finally is, James. Been folding clothes all morning. But anyway, somebody's supposed to be out at about 11 o'clock, and thanks to Megan, K9 MLR, she said that her dad worked with, or went to high school with a guy that has a appliance repair business in Renton. So we gave them a call, and, hey, they're going to be out here pretty soon. So that's the exciting thing that's going on here today.
