Hi Joan, thanks for hosting, and I'm coming in from the boat again from Duwamish Yacht Club. I am still not out at anchor, but hopefully soon, as I've been doing so many projects on the boat for the last year and a half, year and three quarters, something like that. so getting pretty close now. My plan is to once I leave the dock I'm just going to be perpetually at anchor so that's going to be kind of the big next chapter of my life and I just got Starlink hooked up on the boat so I'm coming in from Echo Link here. I haven't got my VHF and hf antennas going on the boat yet but i've got um i've got a couple rigs for that and um got my little morse code key so i can learn that and everything um my current project is i need to build a bookshelf because i've been collecting a bunch of books in here so that when i'm out I can do a bunch of reading and I just want to think of sort of a creative and secure way of displaying them here so I'm going to be working on that this week and finishing up a wiring harness project that has just been the bane of my existence on engine number two and I have the alternator off on engine number one right now because it wasn't grounding properly so I had to kind of grind down all the surfaces to bare metal where it touches the block so should be putting that back on tomorrow and I've got some canvas stuff to fix as well my friend has like an industrial Juki sewing machine I need to take the beaming off and take it up to his shop and sew up the zipper that hasn't kind of ripped and all this wind just keeps pushing it back further and further so I need to really get that fixed before I go out. But other than that I'm pretty much ready to go. I've got my batteries even solar panels and my various electronic systems are working and what whatnot and then I've got a I've got a truck project as well so I've got my old f-350 bezel and I need to do some new fuel plugs and clean up the injectors and get the back going because it's having some problems cold studding on right now so that will also be on my list this weekend next and sprinkled amongst all that is my boat client work so definitely keeping busy.
