I'm just reading a story about a guy who sold his house, couldn't afford the insurance anymore so he sold it and he got, I think he sold it for $150,000 which is what it cost him to build it in 1989 and he figures with all the things he put into the house and everything he did he lost about $75,000 and had a real hard time selling it because the next person is going to look at your insurance bill and say what does it cost to insure that house and go uh oh so that that can happen to any one of us that's really uh that's a sad thing uh kc1 ydr dan um insurance woes you have any insurance laws i don't know how we got on the subject.
