And when you said, I started to think Jeff, and you said, Kay, and I stopped reaching for my radio. He said, MB, and I could finish reading for it. And I'm in Indian City down here in San Francisco Bay, about 30 miles south of San Francisco. Nope. We had a nice sunny day today, of all things. Meanwhile, I was here watching the Dodgers game tonight, and they're actually playing decent baseball. I think I remember them doing that in the past, but lately it's been a while since I've seen them do that. So anyway, I'm enjoying the game, and I hope that I don't jinx them. Let's see what else. Yeah, something else I was going to mention. I ordered some food. Yeah, I've ordered some food from DoorDash, and they keep delivering it to the wrong apartment. I think there's something in their software. The guy said that it has the codes to get into the building as the apartment. Somehow I haven't quite figured that one out, so I went in there and tried to fix that. But I had a chicken and shrimp dinner tonight. I ordered it. Just felt like I needed that. And yeah, I hit the spot. It was good for two meals, maybe even three. And today they put in new fire alarms in here. And the one that they put in my living room kept going off all by itself. And I'm looking at that, and the guy's looking at it. He tried swapping it out. It was still doing it. And then finally they did something. They had to put another one in the bedroom. And they're 10-year cycles on these. And so the one in the bedroom, he did something. And lo and behold, the fire alarms are not going off by themselves, which is very annoying. And I tell him the document today for the place I'm living in. I had to fill out all the requalification data for this apartment that I did when I first moved in because it's subsidized. But after I did that the second time around, they said I just have to sign one more document. And then I'm good for another year. I won't have to go through the requal. And on top of that, I can make as much money as I want without having too much money. So I said, OK, that's good to hear. So I got some ideas for some businesses using AI. And one more thing I was going to mention here. And I forgot, of course. Anyway, good day today. Can't complain. So back to you, Joan. AB 6MB. This is repeat. That's fine business. I'm at Jeff. I know what you're talking about. I have a rent subsidy, a VASH rent subsidy from the Department of Veterans Affairs. And it's indexed. What I pay for my rent is 30% of my income, which makes it a winning game. Instead of my actual full amount of my rent, even in this low income, rent-adjusted apartment I'm in, it's still almost, it's only $200 less than my total income. But I can afford, I mean, the principal that's enshrined in section 8 of the housing code is simply that no one should have to pay more than 30% of their income in rent. And I don't mind that. And it does, if I make more money, my share will go up. If I somehow, if I got a job, I wouldn't lose my subsidy. But it would simply, it would get recalculated to keep up with my income. But I don't have to worry about losing my housing. That's always good. Anyway, take care, Jeff. And now I'm going to go right over to my, believe it or not, losing my mind to my brother Clay, KG40ZW, Clay, and my sister, Rachie, 33 Rachie and 88 familial mid 19th century soltus code 88 to my family. And fam, take it away, Clay.
