Hello Jack and everyone. I'm just about ready to roll out the door here and roll into my car and roll down the road. I'm going to stop by the bank and make sure I've got some cash in my pocket for the holiday here. I haven't done much shopping. I mentioned to you that I bought this scooter. It's a Razor E200 and I kind of bought it without doing my usual investigating. Get it home, the tires are kind of low, I found out I've got to get a valve extension thing because my bicycle tire pump, the valve on the tire is so low that it needs an extension before I can even pump it up, so I'm going to order an extension for that. Anyway, I went to try it the other day and it just has the batteries you practically get. It takes two lead acid batteries, seven amp hours each. The only good thing about these batteries is they are inexpensive. They are like $19 each so I'm going to order a couple of those. I did try the thing out a little bit. I mean it does run but because the batteries are low I couldn't really check it out. When I was reading the views and stuff online apparently it's got one speed. It's either on or off. It's got like a twist grip so you'd think it would be variable but I don't know if this is really going to be usable for me. The top speed is 12 miles an hour, it's built as an off-road scooter which I find hard to believe. But it's supposed to have lots of torque except some of the reviews didn't have much torque. You know I need to be able to make it up and down hills around here. So at the very least I'm going to put new batteries in it so if I sell it or turn it back into Goodwill or something at least someone will have a usable ride. It won't be just a piece of dead metal like it basically is now. But I had a question for you. How fast is your bike a year or a scooter go? Because 12 miles an hour just seems kind of slow. It's fast enough for my purpose. But I'm not sure that it's really competitive. So that's a question I've got for you. Other than that, I keep hoping the sun might come out. I do see, I don't see any blue spots, but the clouds are not very thick, so there's still that possibility. K7zei
