I forgot to say, good old barbecue pit boss is going to be fired up on the 24th. We decided for Christmases, here for the dinner, we're not going to have a big deal like that. I'm going to do the turkey on the pit boss, smoke it nice and good and tender and I've We've got some aluminum packages to put the meats and stuff in and bring it over to the house on the 25th, that way she can stick it in the oven, warm it up if she wants, otherwise we'll have, we're going to have turkey sandwiches this year, a little different type of set up. The one grandma suggested that so it makes it easier on me on cooking the bird instead of doing it the 24th and packing everything up and then heading over and stuff. This way I can do it on the 25th, take my time doing it. Hell, if I'm done at midnight, then I finish it up at midnight. But otherwise, yeah, take my time on it and smoke it good. I love smoked turkey. I got a 20 pounder this year. Stretch her out, break the ribs, open her up, stick her in the old pit boss. Four to six hours, but it comes out tender.
